Vehicle Type Mobile Automatic Fire Extinguishing Systems
It is used in motor marine and land vehicles. Fire is detected with automatic sensors. After the detection, information is given on the screen of the vehicle user, and if the detection is automatically confirmed, the fire extinguishing system is activated. In the extinguishing system, water fog is used by enabling it to make effective extinguishing with a special system. In this way, effective and rapid extinguishing is provided and the protection of passengers and the vehicle is provided.
Our automatic mobile extinguishing solutions are easily used in many motor vehicles and cabins, from automobiles to buses, off-road vehicles, military vehicles, yachts to trucks.
There is a risk of fire formation and rapid spread due to the fuel used in buses, petrochemicals and materials used in structural manufacturing processes. Engine, fuel tank, exhaust system, vebasto (heating system), air conditioning, braking system (retarder), battery room, electrical installation and cabin fire risk detection and automatic extinguishing solutions are available.
WHY IS A VEHICLE FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM REQUIRED?
Fuel and petrochemical substances found in buses and all motor vehicles cause fires to grow in a very short time and prevent large-scale loss of life and property with early intervention.
Thanks to rapid intervention, the area is cooled and re-ignited is prevented.
It is activated in a short time and takes the fire under control
Provides continuous 7 days 24 hours protection
HOW DOES THE VEHICLE FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM WORK?
Thanks to the Water Mist nozzle, it produces fine atomized water vapor droplets and covers a very large surface in the fire zone. (400 times according to the classical sprinkler system)
It removes oxygen from the fire zone and rapidly absorbs the heat of the fire and cools the area.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF VEHICLE FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM?
The Water Foam Mist system is fast and reliable. It uses only 10% of the water amount required by conventional sprinkler systems.
Smaller diameter pipes are used.
It is suitable for A, B and E (Electricity) classes.
The size of the water droplets is 50-100 microns.
There are no by-products burning, no toxic fumes.
WORKING PRINCIPLES OF VEHICLE TYPE MOBILE FIRE DETECTION AND EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM
Vehicle fire extinguishing system consists of two parts as electronic part and mechanical part.
Electronic Part: Components of the electronic equipment of the extinguishing system. In the electronic part; EIDA AS400 control panel, detection elements adjusted to certain temperatures, optical smoke detector depending on customer demand. AS400 control panel consists of 3 zones. Zone 1 monitors heat sensors connected to the extinguishing system. Zone 2 monitors heat sensors connected to the detection system. Zone 3 monitors smoke and heat sensors connected to the detection system. and 2. Zone connected sensing elements are located in the engine compartment. Zone 3 is positioned in desired zones (battery box, passenger lounge, driver's cabin) according to customer demand. Sensing elements adjusted to a certain temperature act in case of a possible fire and transmit the signal to the AS400 control panel. When the control panel is activated, it gives warning on the light, sound and digital screen. After the signals come from the 1st zone and the 2nd zone, it activates the solenoid connected to the 1st zone and automatically drains the solution into the engine cabin. In addition, the system on the EIDA AS400 control panel can be activated by the driver with the manual operation option.
Mechanical Section: Components of the mechanical equipment of the extinguishing system. In the mechanical part; There are solenoid valves, solution tubes, pipes and fittings, vehicle type nozzles. It becomes active after the fire signal received from the detection elements in the electronic part triggers the solenoid and opens the valve. By applying pressure to the solution of the propellant gas (nitrogen) in the solution tube, the system goes into emptying. The solution is dispersed into the engine compartment in mist form with high pressure with the nozzles that are positioned in various parts of the engine compartment to discharge the solution. It absorbs heat quickly from the environment and displaces oxygen by forming a dense fog layer. As a result, it extinguishes the fire in a short time.
